Disclaimer - In Gold We Trust PAMM Investment

Participation in the In Gold We Trust PAMM system implies full acceptance of this notice and acknowledgment of the risks associated with leveraged financial instruments such as Contracts for Difference (CFDs).

1. Nature of the Investment

The PAMM account (Percent Allocation Management Module) allows investors to authorize the management of their capital by a strategy manager while keeping the funds entirely in their own trading account, held with a duly licensed broker.
The manager has no direct access to the funds — only the ability to execute trades according to the predefined strategy.

2. Risk and Market Volatility

Trading CFDs, particularly in XAUUSD (gold), involves significant risk.
Although our system follows a strict risk management strategy with a maximum drawdown of 30%, considered both acceptable and recoverable, financial markets are unpredictable, and events beyond human control (such as sharp price movements, gaps, technical failures, or macroeconomic shocks) can occur at any time.

3. Possibility of Total Loss

Investors must be fully aware that they may lose the entire capital invested.
Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no profit or return is assured.
CFD trading is only suitable for individuals who fully understand and accept the risks associated with leverage and market volatility.

4. Responsibility

The decision to invest is entirely the investor’s own responsibility.
Neither the In Gold We Trust team, the strategy managers, nor any associated entities can be held liable for financial losses resulting from market movements, trading decisions, or external events.
By joining the PAMM system, the investor declares that they fully understand and accept these risks.

5. Transparency and Management

The In Gold We Trust PAMM operates with full transparency:

  • Investors can monitor all trades in real time.

  • Funds remain under the investor’s ownership at the partner broker.

  • Funds can be withdrawn freely, except during open trading positions.
